1. Bring the milk to boiling.

2. Stir sugar into hot milk.

3. Cool the mixture in a bain-marie. Add cream.

4. Freeze the mixture with Freeze&Go.

Cream 100 g
Sugar 80 g
Chocolate Gelato
1. Bring the milk to boiling.

2. Mix cocoa powder and 50g of sugar.

3. Mix egg yolks and remaining sugar, then stir into the boiled milk.

4. Stir the dry cocoa and sugar mixture into the hot milk.

5. Cool in a bain-marie.

6. Freeze the mixture with Freeze&Go.
